The website presents my work and services for information only. It is not a binding offer. Project descriptions may be simplified; demo entries are illustrative.
3. Intellectual property
All texts, illustrations, animations and code on this site belong to Finnian Wisak or the respective rights holders. You may view and share links to them; copying, modifying or commercial use requires prior written permission.
4. External websites
Project links open third-party websites in a new tab. I am not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website, its admin area or its server. Automated mass submissions via the contact form are prohibited.
6. Liability
The website is provided as is. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law; this does not apply to personal injury.
7. Governing law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction is Mödling, Austria, insofar as legally permissible.
